Linda Burris Webster is an American-born, UK-based artist whose practice explores fragile geographies through altered maps, sculpture, and photography. Reconstructing and reimagining familiar territories, her works examine the shifting relationships between place, borders, identity, and contemporary experience.

Working through a process of cutting, layering, folding, and photographing maps, Webster creates compositions that challenge conventional ways of understanding the world while revealing new connections and perspectives.

Her work has been featured in Aperture Magazine and she was a finalist in the 2026 LensCulture Art Photography Awards. She has exhibited in the United Kingdom and France, and her works are held in private collections in the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and Kenya.
