Refunds & Returns
CX2Art wants you to fall in love with the piece you purchase. This returns and refunds policy applies to all CX2Art purchases and conforms to Australian standards.
If you don’t fall in love with it for your space, all you need to do is contact us by email email@example.com within (7) seven days of receiving it so we can arrange for its safe return to us, a replacement or refund.
CX2Art will pay for the safe return of the artwork Australia wide. Please retain and repack the artwork into its original packaging. Artwork will not be accepted as a return if damaged; framed (if purchased unframed); reframed (if purchased framed).
For international sales we'll cover the freight costs of up to fifty (50) Australian dollars.
Free returns are designed to ensure you get a piece you love that fits your space. CX2Art offers our customers to return one (1) artwork free of charge.
We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary this Refunds and Returns Policy by publishing the amended policy on our Site. We recommend you check our Site regularly to ensure you are aware of our current Refunds and Returns Policy.
