Earth Energies I 'Malachite'

The Earth's wondrous colours and healing energies. I love the deep greens and found so many layers in this piece as it developed. I used gold paint to bring out the special layers surrounding each circular formation. 'Malachite' is a crystal from deep within the Earth and is said to be "...especially protective from environmental pollutants to the heart chakra and the physical body" (Lilly 2016, 259).
